
Cancellation
policy


At Gruene Dragon Wellness Center, we value your time and commitment to your wellness journey. To ensure fairness to all clients and maintain the integrity of our scheduling system, we have the following cancellation policy in place:

1. General Cancellation Policy

All session bookings are final. We do not offer refunds once a session or package is purchased.

Cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded, rescheduled, or credited for future use.

2. Community RASHA & EE System Sessions
-
Package sessions must be scheduled at the time of payment.
-
No cancellations, reschedules, or transfers are allowed once the schedule is set.

Missed sessions will not be refunded or credited and cannot be made up at a later date.

3. Private RASHA, EE System, Acupuncture, and Myofascial Release Sessions
-
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged in full and cannot be rescheduled.

No-shows will result in a forfeited session with no refund or reschedule option.

4. Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your session time may be shortened out of respect for the next scheduled client.

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be considered a no-show, and the session will be forfeited without a refund.

5. Package Expiration & Use

All packages must be used within [insert time frame, e.g., 60 or 90 days] from the date of purchase.

Unused sessions expire and will not be refunded or extended.

6. Emergencies & Special Circumstances

We understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an unforeseen circumstance (serious illness, emergency, etc.), please contact us as soon as possible to discuss potential options. While exceptions are not guaranteed, we will do our best to accommodate on a case-by-case basis.
